February has once again confirmed that Córdoba is a meeting point between professional excellence and cultural immersion. During the first half of the month, Training Europe coordinated many different Erasmus plus experiences that brought together vocational students and education professionals from across Europe, among which we have selected four to share with you!
From industrial internships to job-shadowing on inclusion and school cooperation, each project reflects the core values of Erasmus+: skills development, internationalization, and intercultural dialogue.
1️⃣ Erasmus plus experiences: Vocational Mobility in Industrial and Electromechanical Fields
A group of vocational education and training (VET) students from Belgium completed a two-week Erasmus+ mobility in Córdoba under the KA121 framework.
Students carried out internships in local companies related to:

They strengthened competences in:

Cultural and Language Immersion
Professional practice was complemented with cultural activities in CÓRDOBA:
Participants explored the historic centre, including the iconic Mezquita-Catedral de Córdoba and Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos.

2️⃣ Erasmus plus Experiences: Job-Shadowing on Inclusion and Supported Employment (Lithuania)
Training Europe hosted Lithuanian education professionals for a job-shadowing programme focused on inclusive vocational education and supported employment models.
Participants observed:

3️⃣ Erasmus plus Experiences: Job-Shadowing on School Cooperation and Inclusion (Romania)
Three education professionals from Romania participated in a four-day job-shadowing experience focused on:

Inclusion strategies in secondary education

Internationalization processes
Participants visited several public secondary institutions in Córdoba and analysed communication strategies between schools and families, diversity policies, and digital and environmental education initiatives.

One-day trip to Ronda
These exchanges reinforced European cooperation and long-term institutional partnerships.

Erasmus plus experiences from Rumania

4️⃣Erasmus plus Experiences:School Mobility Focused on Inclusion, Sustainability and Digital Education
Alongside vocational and job-shadowing mobilities, Training Europe also coordinated a comprehensive school mobility programme from Germany involving students and staff under the Erasmus+ KA121 framework. The project was designed to foster inclusion, celebrate diversity, promote environmental awareness, and strengthen digital competences within a European context.
Participants engaged in structured learning activities, collaborative discussions, and interactive workshops that encouraged creativity, critical thinking, and intercultural dialogue. The programme emphasized cross-cultural exchange, allowing students and teachers to reflect on educational systems, inclusion strategies, and innovative teaching methodologies.
Educational visits included institutional meetings and hands-on workshops, as well as experiential learning opportunities connected to sustainability and local production processes. Participants explored how regional institutions support communities, how research environments operate, and how traditional industries integrate quality control and environmental responsibility into their practices.
Cultural immersion played a central role in the mobility, strengthening European identity and historical awareness.
The group participated in guided visits to cultural landmarks in Córdoba and travelled to Málaga and Seville, gaining deeper insight into Andalusian history, architecture, and cultural diversity. They also explored the historic Palacio de Viana, discovering the artistic and architectural heritage of the region.
This school mobility strengthened not only student competences but also institutional internationalization strategies, reinforcing European cooperation, environmental awareness, and digital education initiatives within participating schools.
