Córdoba, Spain, 05.06.24 — The recent Erasmus+ Mobility Project, organized by European Training Partner SL and our partners from Portugal, has successfully concluded in Córdoba, marking a significant milestone in vocational training with a focus on electronics and green energy. Over the course of two enriching weeks, from June 3nd to June 18th, a group of dedicated students participated in a series of professional and cultural activities designed to enhance their skills and broaden their horizons.The project aimed to provide vocational training students with practical, high-quality training experiences and foster cultural immersion in Spain. Participants were offered placements in various local companies aligned with their field of study. These placements enabled them to gain invaluable hands-on experience and develop industry-specific skills essential for their future careers.
Professional experience in renewable energy in Córdoba with our mobility programs
👉5 students were stationed at INTARCON in Lucena, where they observed and analyzed refrigeration equipment production processes. They collaborated closely with the quality control team, ensuring that the products met the company’s high standards. This experience provided them with a comprehensive understanding of the production lifecycle in a large-scale industrial setting.
👉1 student worked at Ingeniería y Diseño Molfer S.L (IKNX INGENIERÍA), where she took on tasks such as repairing electronic devices, maintaining solar panels, and fixing various air conditioning units. Her hands-on involvement in such a wide range of tasks equipped her with diverse technical skills applicable to multiple facets of electronic maintenance.
👉1 student had the opportunity to work with Videocolor Córdoba S.L., engaging in the maintenance and repair of solar panels and electronic systems. His role involved ensuring the functionality of these systems, which is crucial for both residential and commercial applications.
👉1 student was placed at MONREIN S.L, where she practiced installing electrical systems, including wiring and cabling for new installations. Her work focused on ensuring the proper grounding and safe operation of electrical components, which is vital for the integrity of electrical installations.
👉1 student participated in the installation of electrical systems for HVAC at Electricidad y Climatización J&C. He assisted in wiring, cabling, and setting up control systems for HVAC equipment, gaining experience in a field critical to modern building management.
👉2 students were engaged with Madama Desarrollos SL (Enchufe Solar), focusing on electrical wiring and connections for solar panel systems. Their work involved installing and connecting solar panels to the electrical grid, a skill that is increasingly important as the world moves towards sustainable energy solutions.
👉1 student had the chance to work with IMFRYCOR, where he learned to dismantle inverter batteries and maintain solar panels. His tasks contributed to the efficient operation and longevity of solar energy systems, an essential component of the renewable energy sector.
Cultural immersion thanks to our Erasmus+ Projects in Córdoba
Beyond the professional training, the project also placed a strong emphasis on cultural immersion. Participants explored Córdoba’s rich heritage through guided city tours, visiting landmarks like the Mezquita-Catedral and the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos. They also experienced local traditions by participating in vibrant festivals and engaging with the Andalusian culture. These activities provided a holistic cultural experience, fostering a greater appreciation for diversity and intercultural understanding.
